Licensed residential builder with over 18 years experience in residential construction, renovation & remodeling and has personally experienced every facet of home construction in the Midwest. This type of exposure gives him a keen insight into home system deficiencies and the potential damage related to such deficiencies and knows what it cost details on repairs not usually known to other inspectors that are only familiar with new construction.

Also the former Vice-President of a locally known and highly regarded residential builder and remodeling company and has performing hundreds of quality inspections resulting in detailed exposure to development trends, standards, and building codes.

–  Certified Master Inspector through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) –  Co-founder of the West Michigan Chapter of NACHI  –  Certified Mold Inspector through Pro-Lab, the worlds largest environmental testing laboratory.
